This is Ebony, acting Order Fulfillment Chair

Throughout this semester, I have worked diligently to resolve inherited outstanding issues while ensuring our operations run as smoothly as possible. Navigating relationships with both vendors and volunteers has come with its challenges, but each has contributed to my growth and development in this role.

Most collections have been successfully resolved, while others remain in progress.

The Clean Up is currently addressing all outstanding issues.

As monthly installments from settlements are received, one of two things have been happening;

If you fall under receiving a refund. We are issuing a refund in the form of USPS Postal Money Orders.

To streamline our process, refunds and tuition payments are handled together at the same time each month.
