GREETINGS HERD!

This is Ebony, and it has truly been an honor to serve as your Order Fulfillment Chair for Fall 2025.

As I’ve shared before, this role comes with unique challenges, especially since we often inherit issues from prior years. For the entire 3rd quarter (July 1 – Sept 30), I was able to ensure all orders went out within the timelines outlined on our website. Balancing a full-time course load of 15 credit hours with this position hasn’t been easy, but I’m proud of the results we’ve achieved together.

Your support has directly helped us clear undergraduate balances—thank you for making that possible.

Looking ahead, this last quarter will be our toughest yet. Along with preparing packages for Homecoming, I’ll be tackling and closing out all outstanding issues.

Collections currently under review:

    •    Pre-Order (Spring 2025): Alumni Stitch Crewnecks, Proud Parent of a Howard Grad, Howard Mom, Gold Appliqué #1, Gold Appliqué #2

    •    Mishandled Collection (Fall 2024): Classic Crewnecks & Hoodies

My responsibilities include:

    •    Processing address changes

    •    Managing garment replacements

    •    Submitting refund requests to the Treasurer

    •    Filing lost/stolen package claims

    •    Overseeing inventory checks

Important notes:

    •    In-stock apparel ships faster than pre-order products.

    •    Pre-orders will soon be phased out for the public and reserved for family, friends, and donors.

    •    Undergraduates will no longer have access to vintage apparel.

    •    A separate website is being developed to manage apparel stored out of state.
