We resumed apparel fundraising on April 5, 2026 after a 3-month hiatus to the public. During that time, the only items made available were from previous collections that had already been closed out.
All apparel purchased this month either shipped same day, next day, or within two days if the order was placed over the weekend.
Beginning today April 27th, our team will begin addressing fulfillment issues from the previous semester, as well as processing pre-order packages placed for graduation season. After speaking with our advisors, we elected to wait until classes concluded on April 24th before taking on this effort. With classes now over and finals scheduled, we’re able to set a consistent schedule without concerns around call-outs or no-shows.
Please note that vintage fulfillment requires travel out of state, as some items are no longer stored here in Washington.

Many of you may have noticed that we’ve implemented a new system for electronic delivery notifications, which is now active for all outgoing orders.

My responsibilities include:
• Processing address changes
• Managing garment replacements
• Submitting refund requests to the Treasurer
• Filing lost/stolen package claims
• Overseeing inventory checks
Important notes:
• In-stock apparel ships faster than pre-order products.
• Pre-orders will soon be phased out for the public and reserved for family, friends, and donors.
• Undergraduates will no longer have access to vintage apparel.
• A separate website is being developed to manage apparel stored out of state.

Errors include: Missing Garments, Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Incomplete packs without notification.
