JULY 22, 2026

Greetings Herd,

This is Ebony. Thank you for your continued support.

We are back to being fully operational without any disruptions as we prepare to welcome the newest class of incoming freshmen.

Our priority is picking up where we left off by processing new, outstanding, and incomplete orders.

My commitment hasn’t changed. Any item that cannot be replaced will receive a refund.

Over the last couple of weeks, manufacturers have been submitting bids to earn our business. We are looking for partners who can handle the demands of our organization, deliver excellent product quality, and help us correct the mistakes made by previous vendors.

I also want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Last Bison Standing is not a brick-and-mortar storefront. We are not operating out of a retail location with set business hours.

Apparel is packed from warehouses or storage units depending on the collection purchased. Packages are either dropped off or picked up by our shipping carrier, while some orders are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners.

Postal money order refunds are processed by me and our Treasurer and must then be approved by an alumni advisor before they are issued.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue strengthening our operations. Our goal is not only to fulfill orders, but to build a more reliable system that allow us to scale.

JUNE 08, 2026

GREETINGS Herd,

This is Ebony and I want to personally thank you all for supporting Last Bison Standing.

The most rewarding part of this work is when a recipient or parent reaches out simply to say thank you. Apparel sales have allowed us to provide assistance immediately without having to turn to social media and launch a fundraising campaign. That is only possible because of your support.

Where do I begin?

As you know, immediately following Graduation, we dedicated our full attention to apparel operations. For the past three weeks, we have been processing preorders alongside current orders. During that time, I was also able to rectify issues that existed long before my arrival. This included issuing refunds, allowing exchanges, replacing defective items, and processing special orders.

I’m proud to report that 95% of orders were completed without any issues.

However, there are still a small number of garments that must be reordered for replacement before those orders can be closed out completely.

In addition, we will soon be opening orders for extended sizes (2X–5X). This has been one of the most frequent requests we’ve received, and we are excited to make those options available.

UPDATE: MAY 30, 2026

Greetings Bison,

First and foremost, we want to thank you for supporting our most recent fundraiser to help fulfill our renewable memorial scholarships.

For those who do not know me, my name is Ebony, and I currently serve as the Order Fulfillment Chair for Last Bison Standing.

Your orders are currently being packed and labeled and are scheduled to ship between June 1 and June 4.

If you need to make any address changes, please take the time to do so by filling out form below.

Once a shipping notification has been sent, unfortunately it is too late to make address changes. I wanted to provide a full 48-hour window to allow everyone the opportunity to correct any information before packages begin leaving our possession.

Alongside fulfilling current orders, I have also been responsible for closing out outstanding issues inherited from previous administrations.

It’s no secret that over the years we have faced challenges with order fulfillment for certain collections. I knew that when I stepped into this role. Im dedicated to rectifying what I can. End of last semester, I made mistakes of my own and dropped the ball at times. The work is hard, the hours are long, but the reward is seeing the mission completed.

One of our biggest projects is now here.

On June 5, members of our team will be traveling to our out-of-state storage units where our Vintage, Retired, and Discontinued apparel collections are housed.

Because of your support, you will be given first access to these items before they are made available to the public.

More details will be shared once our team arrives and completes inventory.

UPDATE: MAY 29, 2026

Greetings Herd,

After Graduation season, we sent out a notification that we were fully dedicating our attention to the apparel side of the organization.

In an effort to be efficient, we have been processing orders by collection while also fulfilling any new orders placed.

The collections that have been our focus are:

• Navy Alumni Stitch Collection

• Gold Collection (Replacements)

• Howard Mom Collection

For the Navy Alumni Stitch Collection, it took approximately two weeks to fulfill preorders for Spring 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026 graduates. In addition to that, I had to address order fulfillment issues that occurred when I wasn’t the Chair. This included processing refunds, switching garment sizes, and replacing defective items.

Despite the workload, we have been processing orders daily. During that time, we also requested that any address changes be submitted.

On 05/26, leftovers and refunded items from those collections were finally made available to the public.

We purposely waited to do so in order to ensure all existing orders were filled first.

The last round of preorders — Howard Mom, Navy Alumni Stitch, and Gold — will begin shipping over the weekend and into next week.

The next collections that will be addressed are those stored in out-of-state storage units. As previously communicated, our team departs on June 4 to begin processing and fulfilling those outstanding orders.
