Last week, we received some news about one of our long time supporters Inga Dyer. It is our goal to provide assistance for a donor who has paid it forward to others. It is our hope that our community will support as well.

Inga Dyer (HU92/ Howard Law 1996) has been an entertainment lawyer in Los Angeles, CA, beloved alumni of Howard University, and member of such prestigious organizations as Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Black Entertainment Sports Lawyers Association, and Jack & Jill of America.

We were unaware that she has been fighting breast cancer for the last seven years. The cancer spread throughout her body. She has been unable to work consistently since the cancer aggressively progressed, and medical bills are non-stop.

Inga is undergoing a third week in the hospital and fighting every day for time. She no longer receives a salary from her place of employment. Her friends are working diligently with her medical teams to set up long term disability, but in the meantime, it is our utmost priority to provide as much stability and support for her children through this terrifying time.

Members of our Organization have complete individual donations, however we would like to send a collective donation on behalf of The Herd.
