Effective JAN 01, 2018. If you contact our marketing team via social media about your order, it will automatically be cancelled. If you sent an email inquiry regarding an order please allow 24-48 hours for a response. For the summer we are currently down to 3 team members.

We ask that our supporters be patient. Normally we ask allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping delivery, but we are experiencing minor delays as a result of high volume.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.
