If you were Assessed a Black Friday Deadline Fee incorrectly we will either refund the difference or issue a complimentary gift once all orders are filled.
Normally we ask allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping delivery, but we are experiencing minor delays as a result of high volume.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.
