Effective JAN 01, 2018. If you contact our marketing team via social media about your order, it will automatically be cancelled. The Marketing Team and Ordering Team are completely separate groups. We are currently processing orders and preparing for Homecoming. If you sent an email inquiry regarding an order PLEASE READ all information below. We are currently focused on packing all remaining orders

AS of November 2, 2018 ALL PACKAGES have been dropped off to mail center for processing. As a reminder, the Crewneck Fundraiser launched September 21, 2018 and ended September 25, 2018. Once we realized the volume of the order, we issued a statement both here and on our Social Media Platforms that couldn’t guarantee Crewnecks would be received by homecoming. As a result, we offered refunds up until September 28, 2018. Since the arrival of the bulk order, our entire org has been packing. Once your order is processed and set to ship, you will automatically receive a shipping notification to the email on file.

ORDERS SCHOOL YEAR 2017-2018: We are NOT replacing any orders from the previous academic year. We posted several notifications regarding misplaced, returned, and reshipped orders. JULY 31, 2018 was the deadline to have all issues researched. Any missing orders should be directed toward USPS Claims Department.

Normally we ask allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping delivery, but we are experiencing minor delays as a result of high volume.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.
